This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how NICE Licensing LLC collects, uses and shares personal information of users of this website, www.nicealliance.org (the “Site”). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.

SECURITY CONTROL MEASURES
- We have established a basic policy regarding compliance with relevant laws and guidelines and response to questions and suggestions to ensure the proper handling of personal information.
- We have set up a personal data manager as well as a department responsible for the management of personal data.

Addendum for GDPR
We collect and process your personal information for the purposes set forth in “USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.” The legal basis for the processing of personal information is Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR.
During the course of such sharing or disclosure, we may transfer your personal information to third countries outside the EU. When we transfer personal information from the EU to Japan, we will do so on the basis of the mutual adequacy recognition between Japan and the EU.
